Our method: four phases, no shortcuts

Deal Screening

Sourcing opportunities that fit our client’s budget, preferences and risk and return profile. We conduct detailed deal underwriting, financial modelling and analysis, to build a business plan that can be tracked and executed, and prepare a screening summary covering the transaction overview, location overview, returns and key risks.

Negotiating Terms

If our client wishes to proceed, we negotiate terms and arrange an exclusivity period with the vendor, so the opportunity can be assessed further.

Due Diligence

Our due diligence is comprehensive. We agree a pursuit budget with our client, appoint recommended consultants to prepare all necessary reports, and review each one from start to finish as it is completed. We organise site visits, work with the client’s mortgage broker to finalise financing terms and approval, and finalise our financial modelling to factor in every finding. We then prepare a detailed investor presentation summarising the transaction and every pertinent detail.

04.

Deal Closing

On written final approval from our client, we liaise with their lawyer to organise settlement of the transaction and package all prepared reports and documents for handover on completion.
